探索CLIL模式下英语专业生的英语视听说课程的应用与跨文化交际能力的培养

摘要 对高校英语本科生来说,听说技能和跨文化交际的能力随着经济全球化变得更为重要。为培养英语专业生的沟通技能,本研究主要探索CLIL教学法于英语视听说课程中的应用,结合教材不同单元主题创造第二外语语境结合知识与跨文化的学习,利用小组活动培养学生相互协作的能力,能达到即学即用的教学效果。除此之外,研究成果显示此教学法以学生为中心进行教学,透过小组活动针对所学之语言和知识并结合时事进行强化口语练习,也能培养学生高阶思维能力,正确的思想以及道德价值观。 With China’s development of global economy, English majors must develop higher proficiency of listening and speaking to adapt this change. In order to develop English majors’ communication competence, this study aims to explore the application of CLIL(Content-and-Language Integrated Learning) method in the Viewing, Listening and Speaking class combined with various topics in textbooks to create authentic English environment for knowledge, language, and cross culture acquisition. Also, applying group activities in class not only can develop students’ teamwork skill but also can provide them with an opportunity of hand-on experience. In addition, the results of this study shows that CLIL method is a student-oriented teaching pedagogy, with which students will have more opportunities to practice speaking and develop their critical thinking skills and accurate personal values through activities with contemporary issues.
