跨文化语境下的商务英语翻译困境与策略

随着经济全球化的不断深入,特别是“一带一路”倡议实施以来,中国与其他国家的商业贸易与日俱增。跨文化语境在全球商业活动中比较频繁,其中语言媒介大多为英语,那么研究商务英语翻译的意义显著。然而国与国间的文化不同,特别是一些文化冲突,易造成国家间商务活动的难题,合理有效的翻译则在面对文化冲突下的商业活动中发挥了重要价值。文章首先对商务英语翻译的原则和特征进行分析,阐述了影响跨文化语境下商务英语翻译的因素,着重分析跨文化语境下商务英语翻译面临的困境,进而提出了积极的应对策略。

With the deepening of economic globalization, especially since the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, commercial trade between China and other countries has increased day by day. Cross-cultural contexts are more frequent in global business activities, where most of the language media are English, so the significance of studying Business English translation is significant. However, the cultural differences between countries, especially some cultural conflicts, have caused problems in business activities between countries, and reasonable and effective translation has played an important role in business activities in the face of cultural conflicts. Therefore, this article first analyzes the principles and characteristics of Business English translation, expounds the factors that affect Business English translation in a cross-cultural context, focuses on analyzing the difficulties faced by Business English translation, and proposes positive strategies.
