英语公费师范生的职业认同研究

摘要 党和国家历来高度重视教师教育工作,实施并颁布了与公费师范生相关的教育政策,但同时也面临一些英语公费师范生职业认同度不高的问题。英语公费师范生将从事中国基础阶段的英语教学,应具备全球化意识和国际视野,以及良好的跨文化沟通能力。因此,提升英语公费师范生的职业认同对发展教育事业十分重要。本研究立足于培养单位,着重从革新教学方式、改变课程设置、改革评价方式这三个层面探讨更有效地提升英语专业公费师范生的职业认同的培养方式。 The Party and the state have always attached great importance to teacher education and implemented and promulgated education policies related to public funded normal university students, but they are also faced with some problems of low professional recognition of English public funded normal university students. English public funded normal university students will engage in basic English teaching in China, and should have an awareness of globalization and international vision, as well as good cross-cultural communication skills. Therefore, improving the professional identity of English public funded normal university students is of great importance for the development of education. This study is based on the training unit, focusing on the innovation of the teaching mode, changing the curriculum setting, and improving the evaluation method to enhance the cultivation mode of professional identity of normal university students.
