摘要
我国高职教育国际化正形成一种“伴随产业输出”的独特模式,面临从边缘走向中心的挑战。在高职教育内向国际化上,出国留学难以培养学生全球胜任力,项目和机构流入适用性不强,标准单向输入为主;在高职教育外向国际化上,来华留学增速快但体量小,项目和机构流出呈现规模与区域的双重不平衡,标准输出经验不丰富。新时代我国高职教育国际化需要从理念引领上兼顾全球性与自主性、制度保障上鼓励顶层设计与基层探索、经费投入上强化政府主体与多元融资、实践推进上实施品牌策略与协同推进等维度,创新双向发展路径。
The internationalization of higher vocational education in China has established a unique mode of“accompanying industrial output”,facing the challenge of moving from edge to center.In the inward internationalization of higher vocational education,it is difficult to cultivate students’global competence through studying abroad.The applicability of projects and institutions is not strong,and the standard is mainly one-way input.In the outward internationalization of higher vocational education,the growth rate of studying in China is fast and the volume is small,the outflow of projects and institutions presents a double imbalance between scale and region,and the standard output experience is not rich.In the new era,the internationalization of China’s higher vocational education needs to create a two-way development path from the dimensions of giving consideration to globalization and autonomy in concept guidance,encourage top-level design and grass-roots exploration in system guarantee,strengthen government subject and diversified financing in fund investment,and implement brand strategy and collaborative promotion in practice.
