博士生学术嵌入怎么样——基于Nature全球博士生调查

The Academic Embeddedness of Doctoral Students

“学术嵌入”是博士生与所处学术环境交互作用的直接体现,对于促进博士生学术社会化、提升博士生培养质量有重要意义。Nature期刊2019年开展的全球博士生调查结果显示:中国博士生的师生关系嵌入水平、基层学术组织嵌入水平及学术共同体嵌入水平在整体上与英美德法等国还有显著距离。其中,中国在导师指导上还有较大提升空间,部分博士生不太适应所在学术组织的工作文化,博士生参与学术会议、开展科研合作是其培养过程中亟需提升的“短板”。

“Academic embeddedness”directly reflects the interaction between doctoral students and their academic environment,which is of vital significance for promoting the socialization of doctoral students’academic profession and improving the quality of doctoral training.The results of the Nature PHD survey 2019 showed that,in terms of the embeddedness level of teacher-student relationship,basic academic organization and academic community,Chinese doctoral students lag significantly behind the United Kingdom,the United States,Germany and France.To be more specific,China has much room for improvement in tutor guidance;some doctoral students cannot adapt to the work culture of their academic organizations;doctoral students’participation in academic conferences and research cooperation are“shortcomings”that need to be improved urgently.
