蒂尔堡孕期困扰量表的汉化及信效度研究

Chinese version of Tilburg Pregnancy Distress Scale and its reliability and validity test

目的对蒂尔堡孕期困扰量表(TPDS)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法通过翻译、回译、跨文化调适和预试验,形成中文版TPDS,采用便利抽样法,于2019年9月至2020年1月对华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院产科门诊产检的309名孕妇进行问卷调查,评价量表的信效度。结果中文版TPDS各条目的内容效度指数为0.83~1.00,总量表的内容效度为0.91;验证性因子分析显示两因子模型拟合较好,卡方自由度比为1.380,拟合优度指数为0.955,规范拟合指数为0.941,Tucker-Lewis指数为0.977,比较适配指数为0.983,近似残差均方根为0.035;总量表Cronbachα系数为0.834,重测信度为0.826。结论中文版TPDS信效度较好,可用于我国孕期妇女孕期困扰水平的测量。

Objective To translate the Tilburg Pregnancy Distress Scale(TPDS)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods The Chinese version of TPDS was formed by adopting forward and back translation,cross-cultural semantic equivalence assessment and pilot testing.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 309 pregnant women who were examined in the obstetrical clinic of Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science&Technology from September 2019 to January 2020 by convenience sampling method to test the reliability and validity of questionnaire.Results The content validity of each item ranged from 0.83 to 1.00,while the total table was 0.91.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the two-factor model fitted well,χ^(2)/df was 1.380,goodness of fit index was 0.955,normal of fit index was 0.941,Tucker-Lewis index was 0.977,comparative fit index was 0.983,root mean square error of approximation was 0.035.The Cronbachαcoefficient of the total scale was 0.834,and the test-retest reliability was 0.826.Conclusions The Chinese version of TPDS has good reliability and validity,and can be used to measure the level of pregnancy distress in Chinese pregnant women.
