摘要 结合新能源产业特点构建高质量发展效率评价指标体系,选取新能源汽车、光伏、风电以及核电产业上市企业为例,运用DEA模型对金融支持新能源产业高质量发展效率进行静态和动态分析,并进一步建立Tobit回归模型探究影响高质量发展效率的因素。结果表明:我国新能源产业在金融支持下的整体高质量发展效率呈现小幅度波动上升趋势,产业间高质量发展效率差距明显;新能源产业存在金融资源配置效率低下问题,并制约了技术发展能力的充分发挥;企业自主发展能力对新能源产业高质量发展效率具有显著推动作用。 Combined with the characteristics of the new energy industry, the evaluation index system of high-quality development efficiency is constructed. This paper selects listed enterprises in the new energy automobile industry, photovoltaic industry, wind power industry and nuclear power industry as examples, and uses DEA model to carry out static and dynamic analysis on the efficiency of financial support for high-quality development of the new energy industry. The Tobit regression model is further established to explore the factors affecting the high-quality development efficiency. The results show that the overall high-quality development efficiency of China’s new energy industry with financial support shows a small fluctuation trend, and there is a significant gap between the high-quality development efficiency of the industry. The new energy industry has the problem of low efficiency in the allocation of financial resources,which restricts the full play of technological development ability. The independent development capability of enterprises plays a significant role in promoting the high quality development efficiency of the new energy industry.
