Science and technology trend and research direction of coal mine methane industry development

摘要 煤矿区煤层气作为油气资源的重要补充部分,煤矿区煤层气产业发展关乎国家能源安全、碳中和目标实现和保障煤矿安全,具有重大战略意义和广阔发展前景。系统总结了煤矿区煤层气地面开发、井下抽采、安全集输和梯级利用等方面产业发展现状和科技基础,剖析了煤矿区煤层气产业发展面临关闭退出高瓦斯矿井增多带来抽采源减少、煤炭开发布局转移带来技术新需求、新一代信息技术发展对智能化开发需求迫切、低品质分散型煤层气利用经济性差制约利用率提高四大挑战,研判了关闭退出矿井煤层气开发利用、“煤系三气”协同开发、抽采技术智能化、采动区煤层气增产、煤层气分布式利用等未来科技发展趋势与科技需求,提出地面开发增产增量、井下抽采智能提质、分布式经济高效利用、低品质煤层气资源化利用等科技方向与攻关重点;最后从加大科技投入保障、加强产学研用协同创新、加强关键核心技术的工程示范与应用、推动低浓度煤层气利用纳入碳交易机制等方面提出发展建议。 Coal mine methane is an important supplement of oil and gas resources. The development of coal mine methane industry is related to national energy security, carbon neutrality and coal mine safety, which has great strategic significance and broad development prospects. This paper systematically summarizes the development status and scientific and technological basis of coal mine methane surface development, underground extraction, safe gathering and transportation, and cascade utilization. It analyzes the four major challenges faced by the development of coal mine methane industry, such as the reduction of extraction sources caused by the increase of closed and withdrawn high-gas mines, the new demand for technology brought by the transfer of coal development layout, the urgent demand for intelligent development caused by the development of a new generation of information technology, and the poor economy of low-quality distributed coal mine methane utilization restricting the improvement of utilization rate. The future scientific and technological development trends and demands of coal mine methane exploitation and utilization in closed and withdrawn mines, coordinated development of “gasbearing coal seams ”, intelligent extraction technology, production increase of coal mine methane, distributed utilization of coal mine methane, etc. The scientific and technological directions and key research points are put forward, such as surface development and production increment, intelligent quality improvement of underground pumping, distributed economic and efficient utilization, and utilization of low quality coal mine methane resources. Finally, suggestions are put forward from the aspects of increasing scientific and technological input guarantee, strengthening industry-university-research-use collaborative innovation, strengthening engineering demonstration and application of key core technologies, and promoting the utilization of low concentration coal mine methane into carbon trading mechanism.
