网络思想政治教育是思想政治教育的重要组成部分,更是新时期思想政治教育工作的重点和难点。高校网络思想政治教育的创新不仅是落实高校立德树人根本任务的要求,也是为党育人、为国育才,践行国家人才发展战略的题中之义。由于互联网和新媒体的迅速发展,高校网络思想政治教育正面临着教育者主导性弱化,教育内容导向性消减,话语权影响力降低的挑战。为应对这些挑战,高校网络思想政治教育必须进行创新,应树立以大学生为主体的网络思想政治教育主导性地位,满足学生多层次、多方面的需求,提升思想政治教育的针对性和有效性,优化网络思想政治教育载体内容,提高网络思想政治教育的导向性和吸引力,构建话语体系,增强网络思想政治教育的针对性、亲和力和有效性,从而更好地塑造大学生的世界观、人生观、价值观,培养符合新时代要求、担当民族复兴大任的德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义合格建设者和接班人。

Online ideological and political education is not only an important part of ideological and political education,but also the focus and difficulty of ideological and political education in the new era.The innovation of online ideological and political education in higher education is not only the requirement of implementing the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities,but also the core of educating people for the Communist Party of China,educating talents for the country and implementing the national talent development strategy.Due to the rapid development of the internet and new media,the online ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing the challenges of the weakening of the dominance of educators,reduction of the orientation of educational content and the influence of discourse power.To meet these challenges,online ideological and political education in colleges and universities must be innovated.We should establish the leading position of online ideological and political education with college students as the main body,meet students’multi-level and multi-faceted needs,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education,optimize the carrier content of online ideological and political education,improve the guidance and attraction of online ideological and political education,and build a discourse system.We should also enhance the pertinence,affinity and effectiveness of online ideological and political education.In this way,we can better shape college students’world outlook on life and values and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors who meet the requirements of the new era and take on the task of national rejuvenation.
