“成”自觉之人,“全”生命价值——当代教育自觉的理论内涵与实践新征程 被引量:8

摘要 人的"自觉"时代的到来呼吁着教育对何以"立德树人"进行自觉的思考。教育自觉以"人本主义"为本质立场,传达了对人的尊重与关怀,体现了对人实现健全发展的美好愿景。教育自觉亦有育"自觉"之人的内涵,旨在使人发现自我、生成自觉,知觉生命、尊崇生命独特性,继而付诸于改造生命的实践,提升"为人"生命的价值。这决定了教育自觉的实践以"生命自觉"为价值取向,具有"成"自觉之人、"全"生命价值之意。当代学校在投身教育自觉的实践中应注重"三全"原则,即贯彻"全员""全面"与"全息"的自觉实践,唤醒教育素有的"成人之美"的初心追求。 The arrival of the era of“self-consciousness”calls for the conscious thinking about how to foster virtue through education.The consciousness of education takes humanism as its essential standpoint and delivers respect and care for people,which sheds light on the beautiful vision of education about achieving all-round development of the individual.In the meanwhile,it also contains the rich connotation of cultivating“self-consciousness”,aiming to make the individual find the self and develop the consciousness,recognize life and learn to respect the uniqueness of the life,and then devote into the practice of developing the quality as well as the value of life.This indicates that the practice of the consciousness of education takes the“life consciousness”as its value orientation,which has the meaning of“cultivating”self-consciousness and“improving”the value of life.It is suggested that the contemporary schools could administrate the“three-all”principle into the practice of developing the consciousness of education,namely,“all people”,“all aspects”,and“all connections”.We should always remember the original aspiration of education is to cultivate the individuals and support them to complete life.
