土地资源配置对房地产经济协调发展的影响分析

ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENCE OF LAND RESOURCE ALLOCATION ON THE COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT OF REAL ESTATE ECONOMY

城市化的快速发展对土地资源配置提出了更高要求。想要利用有限的土地资源建设高标准的房地产项目,满足城乡居民的住房需求,相关部门必须充分认识到土地资源配置与房地产经济协调发展之间的关系。基于此,本文分析了土地资源配置的重要性以及存在的问题,并且基于土地资源配置对房地产经济协调发展的影响,提出了优化土地资源配置及房地产经济模式的有效策略,旨在为相关人员提供参考。

The rapid development of urbanization puts forward higher requirements for the allocation of land resources.In order to use limited land resources to build high-standard real estate projects and meet the housing needs of urban and rural residents,relevant departments must fully understand the relationship between land resource allocation and the coordinated development of real estate economy.Based on this,this paper analyzes the importance of land resource allocation and the existing problems,and based on the influence of land resource allocation on the coordinated development of real estate economy,the effective strategy of optimizing land resource allocation and real estate economy mode is put forward,so as to providing reference for relevant personnel.
