摘要
《房地产经纪》是为房地产开发与管理专业开设的一门实践性较强的专业课程。本文对《房地产经纪》课程在实践教学中存在的问题进行剖析,将成果导向、过程评价教育理念运用到教学实践改革中,提出了基于OBE理念的《房地产经纪》实践教学新模式。优化课程教学内容、提高教师的实践教学能力、校企合作教学、构建合理的实践教学评价体系等,可以在很大程度上提高课程的实践教学水平。
Real Estate Brokerage is a very practical professional course for the major of real estate development and management.In this paper,the problems existing in the practical teaching of Real Estate Brokerage course are analyzed,the resultsoriented and process evaluation education concept are applied to the teaching practice reform,and a new mode of practical teaching of Real Estate Brokerage based on OBE concept are put forward.Optimizing the teaching content,improving teachers’ practical teaching ability,school-enterprise cooperation teaching,and constructing a reasonable practical teaching evaluation system can greatly improve the practical teaching level of the course.
