浅谈建筑工程造价管理的影响要素与成本管控策略

DISCUSSION ON THE INFLUENCE FACTORS AND COST CONTROL STRATEGY OF CONSTRUCTION COST MANAGEMENT

在建筑工程施工管理工作中,造价管理对于控制工程成本、提高工程质量具有重要作用。实施造价管理,有利于降低工程成本,提高企业经济效益,保证建筑工程的顺利进行。然而,在建筑工程建设过程中,受到各方面因素的影响,造价超预算问题时有发生。基于此,本文分析了影响造价管理的因素,探讨了建筑工程全过程造价控制措施,并且提出了有效的成本管控建议。

In construction management,cost management plays an important role in controlling project cost and improving project quality.The implementation of cost management is conducive to reducing engineering costs,improving economic efficiency of enterprises,and ensuring the smooth progress of construction projects.However,in the construction process of construction projects,due to various factors,the problem of cost overruns often occurs.Based on this,this paper analyzes the factors affecting cost management,discusses the whole process cost control measures of construction projects,and puts forward effective cost control suggestions.
