摘要
文章针对杭州市临平区医共体近三年开展的卫生高级职称自主评聘工作进行总结,建立健全一套科学实用、操作性强、合理规范的职称评聘体系,以期对县域医共体内专业技术人员进行客观、公平、公正的考核评价,建立有效的卫生专业技术人员职称评聘激励机制。
This paper summarized the independent evaluation and employment of healthcare providers with senior health professional titles carried out by the medical community of Linping District,Hangzhou City in the past three years.The medical community had established and improved a set of scientific,practical,operational,reasonable and standardized professional title evaluation and employment system,with a view to conduct objective,fair and just assessment and evaluation of professional and technical personnel working in county medical communities and to establish an effective incentive mechanism for the evaluation and recruitment of health professionals and technicians.
