官庄调蓄水池基础换填及坝体填筑碾压试验探究 被引量:2

摘要 调蓄水池是一种蓄水建筑物,基础及坝体施工质量的优劣,对工程的安全稳定运行有直接的影响。施工指标控制不当,将导致坝体变形超出规范限定值,严重者甚至发生整体滑动,造成安全事故。为此在大面积的施工前,应选取代表段进行必要的试验研究,确定适宜的施工控制指标,以保证施工质量满足设计文件和相关规范的要求。文中结合现场施工管理经验,以官庄调蓄水池工程为例,从试验准备、试验过程、试验控制要点、质量及其他保障措施等方面对基础换填及坝体填筑碾压试验进行探讨,以供参考。 The regulation and storage tank is a kind of water storage structure.The construction quality of foundation and dam has a direct impact on the safe and stable operation of the project.Improper control of the construction indexes will lead to dam deformation exceeding the specification limit,and even overall sliding in serious cases,resulting in safety accidents.Therefore,before large-scale construction,representative section should be selected for necessary experimental research to determine appropriate construction control indexes,so as to ensure that the construction quality meets the requirements of design documents and related specifications.Combined with the on-site construction management experience,taking Guanzhuang regulation and storage tank project as an example,this paper discusses the foundation replacement and dam filling rolling test from the aspects of test preparation,test process,test control points,quality and other guarantee measures for reference.
