基于小儿脏腑娇嫩、形气未充的生理基础及发病容易、传变迅速的病理特点,通过分析早期小儿肺炎喘嗽血瘀形成的病因病机,判断活血化瘀药佐治早期肺炎喘嗽的时机,正确且迅速判断该病病性、病势,可指导临床合理加减运用活血化瘀药,并在早期控制病情进展,减少其向重症发展的可能,以期为小儿肺炎喘嗽临床辨证施治提供参考依据。附案例1则,以资验证。

Based on the physiological basis of delicate zang-fu organs and underdeveloped constitution and qi in children,as well as the pathological characteristics of susceptibility to illness onset and rapid transmutation,by analyzing the etiology and pathogenesis of the formation of blood stasis for early pneumonia with dyspnea and cough in children,judging the timing of promoting blood circulation to resolve stasis medicinals in supplementary treatment thereof,and correctly and quickly judging the disease nature and tendency,we can guide the clinical rational application of modification of promoting blood circulation to resolve stasis medicinals,and control the progress of the disease in the early stage and reduce the possibility of its development to severe cases,aiming at providing reference bases for the clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of early pneumonia with dyspnea and cough in children.One case is attached for verification.
