基于数据挖掘分析中医药治疗儿童单纯性乳房早发育的用药规律

Medication regularity of TCM in the treatment of simple premature thelarche in children based on data mining

目的基于数据挖掘分析中医药治疗儿童单纯性乳房早发育的用药规律。方法检索1997—2020年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台中中医药治疗单纯性乳房早发育的文献,建立数据库,通过频数统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析、复杂网络分析对数据进行研究。结果共纳入中药110味,累计使用频数538次,其中频数在11次以上的药物视为高频药物,共17味,前7味依次为柴胡、茯苓、夏枯草、知母、黄柏、牡丹皮、生地黄。药物多为苦寒、甘寒之品,多归肾、肝经。聚类分析包括7类,涉及方剂知柏地黄丸及大补阴丸等。复杂网络分析中药排名前10的节点为柴胡、茯苓、夏枯草、黄柏、知母、生地黄、白芍、牡丹皮、浙贝母、荔枝核,药物联系强链接为黄柏-知母、夏枯草-柴胡。结论中医药治疗单纯性乳房早发育多用性味苦寒,归肝、肾经之药,治以滋阴降火、疏肝泻火。

Objective To analyze the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of children with simple premature thelarche based on data mining.Methods We searched China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang Data knowledge service platform from 1997 to 2020 for literature on the treatment of simple premature thelarche in children with TCM,established the database,and studied the data through frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.Results A total of 110 Chinese materia medica(CMM)were included,with a cumulative frequency of 538 times.Among them,the medicinals with a frequency of more than 11 times were regarded as high-frequency medicinals,with a total of 17 flavors.The first 7 flavors in turn were Bupleuri radix,Poria,Prunellae Spica,Anemarrhenae rhizoma,Phellodendri cortex,Moutan radicis cortex and Rehmanniae radix.Most of the medicinals were bitter cold and sweet cold,and most of them entered the kidney meridian and liver meridian.Cluster analysis included 7 categories,including prescriptions Zhibai Dihuang Wan(知柏地黄丸)and Dabuyin Wan(大补阴丸).The top 10 nodes of CMM in complex network analysis were Bupleuri radix,Poria,Prunellae Spica,Phellodendri cortex,Anemarrhenae rhizoma,Rehmanniae radix,Paeoniae alba radix,Moutan radicis cortex,Fritillariae Thunbergii bulbus and Litchi Semen.The strong links of medicinal connection were Phellodendri cortex and Anemarrhenae rhizoma as well as Prunellae Spica and Bupleuri radix.Conclusion TCM mostly uses the medicinals with property and flavour of bitter cold to treat simple premature thelarche,which enter the liver and kidney meridian to nourish yin and reduce fire,soothe liver and purge fire.
