民族地区国际中文教育现状及区位语言文化资源开发——以广西壮族自治区为例 被引量:1

The current situation of Chinese International Education and the development of regional language and cultural resources in ethnic minority areas:A case study of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

摘要 民族地区有着多样的跨境语言文化、多语种教师来源、和谐易居的生活氛围及毗邻边境等区位优势,其多语、多言、多文化生态是来华留学教育及国际中文师资培养的有利条件。然而民族地区国际中文教育学科目前存在基础薄弱、层次偏低、布局不均、招生偏少、培养目标普适化、课程设置同质化、地区特色不凸显、专业对口就业率低等问题。本文发现,广西的国际中文教育存在民族语言文化资源意识不足,地方课程、校本课程和民族特色实践活动等开发实绩少,来华留学专业、层次和数量不多,市场化不足等问题。因此,本文所提出的依托民族语言文化跨境沟通纽带、利用地缘条件、面向细分市场、凸显民族特色、专业定位恰当的学科发展和人才培养模式,可作为实现国际中文教育错位发展、优势发展及人才靶向培养目标的基础。 Ethnic minority areas possess much regional advantages,such as the diversified cross-border languages and cultures,multilingual teachers,harmonious and livable living atmosphere and a cross-border location.Their multi-lingual,multi-dialectal and multicultural ecology is a favorable condition for overseas education in China and the training of international Chinese teachers.There are also some problems in Chinese International Education in ethnic minority areas,such as the weak foundation,low level,uneven layout,little enrollment,“one-size fits all”training objectives,homogenization of curricula,lack of regional characteristics,and low employment rates of the corresponding majors.The current situation in Guangxi sees a lack of awareness of language and cultural resources,little development achievement in local courses,school-based courses and practical activities with ethnic characteristics,limited majors and levels for and a limited number of overseas students,and insufficient marketization.Investigating a discipline development and talent training mode based on the cross-border communication link of ethnic language and culture,making use of geographical conditions,facing the subdivided market,highlighting ethnic characteristics and proper professional positioning is the basis for realizing the complementary development,advantageous development and talent targeted training objectives of Chinese International Education.
