4月7日,上海市疫情防控工作新闻发布会上,上海市副市长、市疫情防控领导小组生活物资保障专班负责人陈通介绍,上海建立应急特需保供机制,深入细致摸排属地老人、妇婴、残疾人等特殊困难群体,做到底数清晰,逐一落实个性化保供方案。超大城市,社区形态各异,不同群体关切点也不同。
