从“通因通用”论治消渴病

Discussion on the Treatment of Diabetes from Methods of Tongyin Tongyong

消渴病,亦指糖尿病,是现今高发疾病之一,临床以多饮、多食、多尿、形体消瘦或尿有甜味为主要特征。通过查阅相关降糖药作用机理,发现新型降糖药物SGLT-2抑制剂主要是通过增加尿糖的排泄来达到降低血糖的作用,认为此种降糖机理与中医的从治法“通因通用”相近,遂提出管窥之见解,试阐述其相关机理。

Diabetes is one of the high-incidence diseases nowadays,and its clinical features are polydipsia,polyphagia,polyuria,emaciation or sweet urine.Recently,the author reviewed the mechanism of related hypoglycemic drugs,and found that SGLT-2 inhibitor,a new hypoglycemic drug,can reduce blood sugar mainly by increasing the excretion of urine sugar.The autho realizes that this hypoglycemic mechanism is similar to that of Traditional Chinese Medicine methods of Tongyin Tongyong,so puts forward the opinion and trys to explain its related mechanism.
