中药蒸脐联合西药治疗便秘型肠易激综合征肝郁气滞证疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Navel Steaming Therapy Combined with Western Medicine on Constipation Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation Syndrome

目的:观察中药蒸脐疗法联合西药治疗便秘型肠易激综合征肝郁气滞证的临床疗效。方法:采用单盲、随机方法,将符合纳入标准的80例肝郁气滞型IBS-C患者分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予口服乳果糖,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药蒸脐疗法,两组均治疗4周。记录两组治疗前后症状积分,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组和对照组总有效率分别为90.00%和77.50%,复发率分别为20.00%和47.50%;两组症状积分比较,观察组明显低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药蒸脐疗法联合西药治疗便秘型肠易激综合征肝郁气滞证疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of navel steaming therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)with liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:Eighty IBS-C patients with liver depression and Qi stagnation syndrome were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine lactulose oral solution;the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine navel steaming therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated with 4 weeks as a course of treatment.The symptom scores were recorded before and after treatment to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 90.00%and 77.50%;recurrence rates of the observation group and the control group were 20.00%and 47.50%.The total symptom scores of the two groups were compared and analyzed(P<0.05).It was found that the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Navel steaming therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of constipation predominant irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression and Qi stagnation)has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
