穴位注射纳美芬联合醒脑静治疗急性重度酒精中毒50例

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Severe Alcoholism by Acupoint Injection of Nalmefene Xombined with Xingnaojing of 50 Cases

目的:观察穴位注射纳美芬联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒的临床效果。方法:选取本院急诊科2018年3月一2020年3月收治的100例急性重度酒精中毒患者为研究对象,按照简单随机分组的方法,分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用西医常规抢救治疗及纳洛酮静脉滴注,观察组采用西医常规抢救治疗及穴位注射纳美芬联合醒脑静静脉滴注,记录两组患者治疗后意识恢复清醒、中毒症状消失、GCS评分达到8分及住院等的时间,比较两组患者清醒后嗜睡、恶心呕吐、心动过速及血压上升等不良反应发生率及治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后意识恢复清醒、中毒症状消失、GCS评分达到8分及住院等的时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后不良反应发生率为10.0%,低于对照组的34.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的82.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上应用穴位注射纳美芬联合醒脑静注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒,能缩短患者意识恢复清醒时间及中毒症状消失时间,临床疗效较好,且安全性较高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection of Nalmefene combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute severe alcoholism.Methods:Selected 100 patients with acute severe alcoholism admitted to Jiangxi provincial hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine from March 2018 to March 2020 as the research objects.According to the simple random grouping method,they were divided into the control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group received treatment by western medicine and intravenous infusion of Nalmefene,the observation group received treatment by western medicine and acupoint injection of Nalmefene combined with Xingnaojing injection.The time of awakening,disappearance of poisoning symptoms,GCS score up to 8 point,hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Compared the the incidence of adverse reactions after awakening such as drowsiness,nausea,vomiting,tachycardia,high blood pressure and treatment effect.Results:After the treatment,the time of awakening,disappearance of poisoning symptoms,GCS score up to 8 point,hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.0%,lower than 34.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was 98.0%,higher than 82.%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupoint injection of Nalmefene combined with Xingnaojing injection in the treatment of acute severe alcoholism can shorten the time of awakening and disappearance of poisoning symptoms.It has good clinical effect and high safety.
