摘要 教学竞赛是高校实施“质量工程”的重要载体和激励机制,对推动教育教学改革起到了积极的作用。本文以江西中医药大学为例,在分析高校教学竞赛的现状和问题的基础上,积极探索具有中医药高校特色的“教学标兵遴选”教学竞赛,构建了“三阶段、五维度、五结合、五原则”的竞赛模式,以竞赛引领教师教学理念,吸引教师教学精力,规范教师教学行为,增强教师爱教、乐教、能教、善教的能力。这一研究与实践,为进一步深化课堂教学改革,提升教学质量发挥了积极作用。 Teaching competition is an important carrier and incentive mechanism for colleges and universities to implement"quality engineering",which has played a positive role in promoting education and teaching reform.Taking Jiangxi University of Chinese medicine as an example,based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of teaching competitions in Colleges and universities,this paper actively explores the"selection of teaching pacesetters"teaching competition with the characteristics of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,and constructs the competition mode of"Three stages,Five dimensions,Five combinations and Five principles",so as to lead teachers’teaching ideas,attract teachers’teaching energy,standardize teachers’teaching behavior,and enhance teachers’love,happy teaching,ability to teach The ability to teach.This research and practice has played a positive role in further deepening classroom teaching reform and improving teaching quality.
