跨文化视角下高校英语教学创新改革探索

全球一体化背景下,我国逐渐加大了对外开放力度,多国之间形成了更密切的交流,有关英语人才方面提出了更大的需求,特别是跨文化交际能力。但是,传统英语教学中教师基本都没有着重培养学生跨文化交际能力。语言是文化的表现形式之一,而文化是语言的基础,学生如果对中西方文化差异了解不深刻,必然很难深入掌握英语。因此,在当前跨文化交际的大背景下,高校英语教学中需要重视学生跨文化交际能力的培养,帮助他们理清中西方文化间的差异,同时在多样化措施的运用下推进学生跨文化沟通能力的增强。文章在阐述跨文化视角下高校英语教学创新改革必要性、意义的基础上,探讨了目前存在于高校英语教学模式中的问题,并指出了针对性的创新改革措施,以供参考与借鉴。

Under the background of globalization,China has gradually increased its opening-up efforts,and closer exchanges have been formed among many countries.There is a greater demand for English talents,especially for their intercultural communicative competence.However,in traditional English teaching,teachers have not focused on cultivating students’intercultural communicative competence.Language is one of the manifestations of culture,while culture is the basis of language.If students do not have a deep understanding of the cultural differences between China and the west,it will be difficult for them to master English deeply.Therefore,in the current context of cross-cultural communication,college English teaching needs to pay attention to the cultivation of students’cross-cultural communication ability,help them clarify the differences between Chinese and Western cultures,and promote the enhancement of students’cross-cultural communication ability under the application of diversified measures.On the basis of expounding the necessity and significance of the innovation and reform of college English teaching from the cross-cultural perspective,this paper probes into the problems existing in the current college English teaching mode,and points out the corresponding innovation and reform measures for reference.
