摘要
中医典籍是中华传统文化的瑰宝,其名称多简洁凝练、语义深奥,兼具医学性与文学性。当前,随着中医学在世界范围内的影响越来越广泛,中医典籍名称的翻译对中医药文化的传播具有至关重要的作用。文章在传播学的“五W”模式视角下,从传播内容、传播受众与传播效果等方面对中医典籍名称加以分类,并对其英译的策略进行比较、分析、探讨,进而促进中医典籍文化的传播,以期为中医典籍名称的翻译研究略尽绵薄之力。
Traditional Chinese Medicine classics stand as the treasure of traditional Chinese culture.The titles of TCM classics appear terse but profound in connotation,with both medical and literary property.Currently,with TCM exerting more and more broad influence throughout the world,the translation of the titles of TCM classics plays a significant role in the dissemination of TCM culture.This paper,in light of the “Five W” communication theories,classifies the titles of TCM classics according to the content,target audience and effect of communication,analyzes and discusses the strategies of the translation of TCM-classic titles,so as to promote the spreading of the culture of TCM classics and contribute more to the study of the translation of TCM classics.
