英语师范生的教师实践性知识形成的叙事探究

摘要 文章采用“叙事探究”的方式,探究一位优秀师范生的教师实践性知识构成要素。研究发现:第一,师范生早期的成长经历有助于语言学习,好的学习策略会转变为教学策略;第二,教育实习对师范生实践性知识和职业发展具有深刻影响,实习生掌握最好的是课堂教学流程;第三,师范生在实习期间对课堂人际关系的认识可以初步形成一种教学信念。 This paper uses a way of narrative inquiry to explore the practical knowledge constituent elements of teachers vegarded as excellent normal university students.Firstly,it is found that normal university students’early life experiences have influence on their language learning,and then these good strategies transform into practical knowledge.Secondly,teaching practice has a profound influence on normal university students’practical knowledge and professional development,especially patterns of teaching procedures.Thirdly,normal university students’understanding of classroom interpersonal relations during their intership can be distilled a kind of teaching beliefs.
