摘要
文章对商丘学院英语专业本科生的班级环境与自我效能感关系进行了问卷调查。研究发现:不同社会背景的学生所感知到的班级环境和英语自我效能感在性别、年级、生源地和家庭收入上均存在着明显差异,学生感知到的班级环境对英语自我效能感有一定影响,其中,班级环境中的任务取向、学习与自我效能感中的行为能力判断呈显著负相关;班级环境中的平等与自我效能感中的学习问题判断和自我效能感总体得分呈显著正相关。为了提高学生的英语自我效能感,营造良好的班级环境,民办高校教师应从以下方面着手:设置中等难度的课堂任务;增加学生学习英语成功的信心;让学生感受到民主平等的英语课堂氛围。
The paper conducts a questionnaire on the relationship between the class environment and self-efficacy of English major in Shangqiu University.The result finds that the class environment and self-efficacy perceived by English majors with different social backgrounds are significantly different in terms of gender,grade,origin and family income,and the class environment perceived by students has a significant impact on English self-efficacy.Among them,task orientation and learning in the class environment are significantly negatively correlated with behavioral ability judgement in self-efficacy;equality in the class environment has a significant positive correlation with learning problem judgment and overall self-efficacy score.To improve students’ English self-efficacy and create a good class environment,teachers in private universities should start from the following aspects:set moderately difficult classroom tasks;increase students’ confidence in succeeding in learning English and make students feel a democratic and equal English classroom atmosphere.
