转型发展背景下地方高校英语教师专业发展的问题及对策探究

转型发展背景下,地方高校在办学目标、人才培养目标和模式等方面发生了重大转变,教师个人的专业发展现状和学校发展目标之间的矛盾日益突出。文章以ERG需求理论为指导,采用问卷调查的方法,分析地方院校英语教师专业发展的现状和困境,认为完善管理体制、改进评价方式和优化发展环境三种举措有利于解决英语教师专业发展中的问题,促进地方高校英语师资队伍建设。

Under the background of colleges’integrated development,great changes have taken place in local colleges,which leads the conflict between the professional development of English teachers and the development goal of local colleges to be intensified.Based on ERG theory,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of English teachers’professional development in local colleges,then proposes the countermeasures to the problems from three aspects.It is suggested that to make the management system,evaluation method and the human environment adopting to the realistic situation of local colleges is conducive to English teachers’professional development.
