摘要
现代大学教育的目的是培养一批具有创新精神、能够适应社会需要并能促进社会未来发展的应用型人才。而目前公办高校教育在专业设置、教学内容、教学方法等方面很难完全满足高等教育从“研究型”向“应用型”转变的需要。毫无疑问,民办高校是对此最有效的补充。但相较于公办高校,民办高校的学生通常具有以下特点:入学成绩较低或者学习目标不够坚定、梦想和现实的差距表现出自我失落与自卑情绪、自我意识突出但抵抗挫折的能力低、学生来源层次多样化、贫富差距大、就业压力大等。这些特点在民办高校英语专业学生身上尤为明显。文章旨在从PAC人格结构理论着手,以民办高校英语口语教学为切入点,探讨PAC理论融入英语专业口语教学的必要性和可行性,在英语口语教学过程中建立“AA型”(“成人型对成人型”)沟通模式,以期构建和谐的师生关系,提升教学效果。
The aim of modern education is to cultivate the innovative applied talents who can suit the needs of the society and promote the development of the society.Currently,however,it is difficult for public education to meet the transformation needs of higher education from the“Research-Oriented”to the“Application-Oriented”from the perspective of major setup,content of courses,teaching method and so on.Thus,the private higher education is an effective complement to this issue.But compared with public universities,students in private universities usually have the following characteristics:low school performance or unfirm learning goals,dream and reality gap from self loss and inferiority,self consciousness but low ability to resist setbacks,diverse student source level,big gap between rich and poor,employment pressure,etc.These characteristics are especially obvious for English students in private universities.Starting from the PAC interpersonal relationship theory and adopting the oral English teaching of private university as the breakthrough point,this paper aims to explore the necessity and feasibility of PAC theory into English professional oral teaching and establish the“AA”(“adult to adult”)communication model in the process of oral English teaching,in order to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students to improve the teaching effect.
