外宣翻译中文化负载词的翻译策略

加强中国对外话语的影响力及传播力是中国当前的战略需求,而外宣翻译则是国家话语对外传播的一大重要途径。文章以第十九届中央委员会第六次全体会议通过的《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重要成就和历史经验的决议》为例,以韦努蒂的“归化异化”理论为基础,提出了针对外宣文本中的文化负载词,应当采用“异化为主,归化为辅,异归结合”的翻译策略,并结合译本实例分析了相应的翻译方法。

Strengthening the influence of China’s foreign discourse is China’s current strategic need,and translation for international communication is an important way for national discourse communication.Taking the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee on the Important Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party’s Centennial Struggle” adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee as an example,while based on Venuti’s theory of “Domestication and Foreignization”,this paper puts forward the strategy of “foreignization first,domestication second,and two means combined” for the translation of culture loaded words in the text for international communication,and related translation methods are also presented accordingly in the translation analysis above.
