广西壮族民歌英译中的认知性对等分析

摘要 广西壮族民歌体裁多样,语言丰富,其英译不仅要达到功能对等,更应尽可能实现认知对等,以向受众传达壮族人民对客观世界的认知方式和思维特征,传播好壮族声音。文章从认知对等角度分析“以歌译歌”原则下开展的壮族民歌英译,指出在兼顾语言意义与韵律特点的基础上,采用恰当的英译方法,可以实现源语民歌与译入语的认知性对等。 Guangxi Zhuang folk songs are diverse in genre and language.Their English translation should not only achieve functional equivalence,but also achieve cognitive equivalence as far as possible,so as to convey to the audience zhuang people’s cognitive way and thinking character-istics of the objective world,and to spread the voice of Zhuang people.From the perspective of cognitive equivalence,this paper analyzes the translation of Zhuang folk songs into English under the principle of “translating songs into songs”,and points out that,on the basis of taking into account linguistic meaning and prosodic characteristics,the cognitive equivalence between the source language folk songs and the target language can be achieved by adopting appropri-ate translation methods.
