新时代复合型外语专业人才培养模式研究——以中国海洋大学外国语学院为例

随着经济全球化的发展和国家之间的交流融合,国家之间政治、经济、文化的竞争日渐激烈,这一系列竞争的最本质要素是人才资源的竞争。如何培养适应时代要求的复合型外语人才成为国内许多高校共同关注的问题。文章主要在分析时代背景以及外语人才培养现状和问题的基础上,对新时代复合型外语专业人才“六位一体”的培养模式进行探究。

With the development of economic globalization and the communication and integration among countries,the political,economic and cultural competition among countries is growing increasingly fierce,the most essential element among which is the competition of human resources.How to cultivate interdisciplinary foreign language talents who meet the requirements of the times has become a common concern of many colleges and universities in China.Based on the analysis of the background of the times and the current situation and problems of foreign language talents training,this essay probes into the“Six in One”training mode of foreign language talents in the new era.
