木兰科植物花香成分提取与鉴定研究进展

Research Progress on Extraction and Identification of Floral Fragrance Components of Magnoliaceae

花香是评价园林观赏植物品质的重要指标之一。木兰科(Magnoliaceae)植物是我国最古老的被子植物,花香浓郁,常被用来提取挥发油和用作园林观赏的重要树种。选择合适的提取及鉴定方法是准确解析主要香气成分的关键。本文对木兰科植物花香成分提取与鉴定方法进行了综述,对其花香成分的研究结果(研究的树种、主要研究部位、主要花香成分)进行了总结,旨在为木兰科植物花香成分的深入研究及其开发利用提供科学依据。

Floral fragrance is one of the important indicators for evaluating the quality of ornamental plants in gardens.Magnoliaceae is the oldest angiosperm in China with large and fragrant flowers.It is often used to extract volatile oil and as an important tree species for ornamental gardens.Choosing the appropriate extraction and identification method is the key to the subsequent accurate analysis of the main aroma components.This paper reviewed the extraction and identification methods of the floral components of Magnoliaceae,and summarized the research results of its floral components(the tree kinds studied,the main research parts,the main floral components),so as to provide scientific basis for the in-depth research and development and utilization of the floral components of Magnoliaceae.
