摘要
主要讨论了新环保要求下铸造企业装备升级中遇到的两个重点核心问题:一是旧砂的再生循环使用;二是超低排放(10 mg及以下)CFS系列除尘器的发展趋势。旧砂处理包括热法再生和机械法再生最新设备的研究与应用;超低排放除尘器重点阐述了铸造厂整体设计的理念以及横插扁袋除尘器的特点与应用。
This paper mainly discusses the key and core problems encountered in the equipment upgrading of foundry enterprises under the new environmental protection requirements:the regeneration and recycling of old sand and the development trend of ultralow emission(10 mg and below)CFS series dust collector.The research and application of the latest equipment of thermal regeneration and mechanical regeneration,the concept of the whole design of foundry and the characteristics and application of Cassette-type dust collector.
