摘要
介绍了端盖铸件的结构特点和技术要求,根据技术要求确定了熔炼工艺方案。熔炼球化处理时,使用专用的球化剂,孕育处理时,进行二次孕育。经过试验生产,浇注的铸件的力学性能、金相组织等均符合产品的技术要求。
The structural characteristics and technical requirements of end cap casting are introduced. According to the technical requirements,the melting process is determined,and special spheroidizing agent is used for spheroidizing treatment and secondary inoculation process. The mechanical properties and metallographic structure of the castings conform to the technical requirements of the products.
