灰铸铁玻璃瓶模具瓶颈开裂分析

摘要 对低合金灰铸铁玻璃瓶模具颈部出现纵向裂纹原因进行了宏观与微观分析。通过对模具化学成分检测、硬度分析、金相组织微观试验分析,发现模具裂纹性质为铸造热裂纹,系铸造工艺不当引起;针对该批模具出现的裂纹情况提出了相应的建议。 The causes of longitudinal cracks in the neck of low-alloy gray cast iron glass bottle mold were analyzed in macro and micro.By analyzing the chemical composition,hardness and metallographic structure of the die,it was found that the crack was hot casting crack,which was caused by improper casting process.In view of the crack situation of this batch of dies,the corresponding suggestions are put forward.
