摘要
随着3D打印技术在铸造行业的广泛应用及铸造设备的高度发展,通过3D打印机、桁架机器人、AGV、自动浇注系统等设备的应用成功解决了传统铸造生产车间的诸多问题。实现智能化3D铸造生产车间及绿色生产。重点介绍了一种基于3D打印技术在铸造领域的铸造系统,在造型工艺、生产周期、铸件制造成本等方面有显著改善,可在结构复杂、质量要求高、单件小批量铸件制造领域进行大范围推广应用。
With the wide application of 3D printing technology in foundry industry and the high development of foundry equipment,many problems in traditional foundry workshops have been successfully solved through the application of 3D printers,truss robots,AGV,automatic pouring system and other equipment. Realize intelligent 3D foundry workshop and green production. This paper mainly introduces a casting system based on 3D printing technology in the casting field,which has been improved in molding process,production cycle,casting manufacturing cost,etc,and can be widely popularized and applied in the field of single piece and small batch casting manufacturing with complex structure and high quality requirements.
