左束支起搏的研究进展

Research progress of left bundle branch pacing

传统右心室起搏可增加心力衰竭、心房颤动发生率。希氏束起搏被认为是最符合生理的起搏方式,但手术难度大,起搏阈值高,临床应用受限。左束支起搏是一种创新性的起搏模式,在保留希氏束起搏生理性的同时又避免了其局限性。本文就左束支解剖特点、左束支起搏操作及左束支起搏的临床研究进展作一综述。

The traditional right ventricular pacing may increase the incidences of heart failure and atrial fibrillation.His bundle pacing is considered as the most physiological pacing,but its clinical application is limited due to its difficult operation and high pacing threshold.Left bundle branch pacing is an innovative pacing method,since it can preserve the physiology of His bundle pacing and avoid its limitations.This paper reviews the research progress of the anatomical characteristics of left bundle branch,as well as the operating procedures and clinical application of left bundle branch pacing.
