摘要
心血管疾病是导致慢性肾脏病患者死亡的主要并发症,而血管钙化在心血管疾病的发生中起重要作用。但目前慢性肾脏病引发血管钙化的机制尚不明确。miRNA是一类非编码RNA,与慢性肾脏病血管钙化的发生、发展密切相关。本文就miRNA在慢性肾脏病血管钙化中作用的研究进展作一综述。
Cardiovascular disease is the main complication of chronic kidney disease leading death.Vascular calcification plays an important role in cardiovascular disease.The mechanism of chronic kidney disease causing vascular calcification is not identified.MiRNA is a kind of non-coding RNA,and is closely correlated with the occurrence and development of vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease.This paper reviews the research progress of the role of miRNA in vascular calcification in chronic kidney disease.
