旅游业发展与城镇居民生活质量提升耦合协调研究——以福建省为例

The Coupling and Coordination Relationship between Tourism Development and Improvement of Urban Residents’ Quality of Life: A Case Study of Fujian Province

在探讨旅游业发展与城镇居民生活质量提升相互作用关系基础上,构建旅游业系统和城镇居民生活质量耦合关系的测量指标,借助耦合模型,对二者的耦合协调关系及其时空变化规律进行分析,并利用灰色关联度模型探究影响其耦合协调发展的主要因素.结果表明:2010—2019年间福建省旅游业系统和居民生活质量系统综合得分均逐年提升,绿色高亮部分改为:前者增长速度较快但发展水平相对滞后,其二者耦合协调值增长较为平稳,但总体水平不高,基本处在轻度失调和基本协调的发展阶段;福建省旅游业同城镇居民生活质量系统的耦合协调度空间分异明显,总体呈现闽东>闽西、闽南>闽北的空间分异规律,其中厦漳泉都市区协调水平较高,闽西三地市协调水平较低,福宁莆都市区协调水平极端不均衡;旅游业系统发展水平在两大系统协调发展中起重要作用,入境旅游人数、入境旅游收入是影响居民生活质量系统的主要关联因素,而两系统间的耦合协调度则受到国内旅游人数、国内旅游收入的较大影响.

This paper discusses the interaction between the development of tourism and the improvement of urban residents’ quality of life, and constructs an index system to measure the coupling relationship between tourism system and the improvement of people’s life. With the help of the coupling coordination model and grey correlation model, this paper analyzes the coupling coordination relationship and its spatiotemporal variation law, and explores the main factors affecting the coordinated development of the two. The results show that from 2010 to 2019, the comprehensive scores of tourism system and residents’ quality of life system in Fujian Province increased year by year. The former has a faster growth but lags behind the development of the latter. The growth of their coupling coordination value is relatively stable, but the overall level is not high, basically in the development stage of mild imbalance and basic coordination. The spatial differentiation of coupling coordination degree between tourism industry and urban residents’ quality of life system in Fujian Province is obvious, showing the spatial differentiation law of East> West, and South> North. Specifically, the coordination level is high in the Xiamen-Zhangzhou-Quanzhou metropolitan area, low in the western regions, and extremely unbalanced in the Fuzhou-Ningde-Putian metropolitan area. The development level of the tourism system plays an important role in the coordinated development of the two systems. The number of inbound tourists and inbound tourism income are the main related factors affecting the quality of life system, while the coupling coordination degree between the two systems is greatly affected by the number of domestic tourists and domestic tourism income.
