摘要
目的 探究新疆不同产地紫草中Mg、Al、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn 8种金属元素的含量差异。方法 紫草粉末经微波消解后,以Rh为内标溶液,采用ICP-MS测定紫草中Mg、Al、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn 8种金属元素的含量。结果 检测的Mg、Al、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn 8种元素线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.9914,平均回收率98.43%~103.38%,RSD小于5%。结论:该方法操作快速稳定,结果可靠,可为紫草药材的质量评价及药用价值研究提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To explore the differences in the content of Mg,Al,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn eight metal elements Arnebia Radix in different areas of Xinjiang.METHODS After microwave dissipation,the powder was measured by ICP-MS on Mg,Al,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn 8 metal elements with Rh as the internal standard.RESULTS The linear relationship between Mg,Al,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn 8 elements was good,the correlation coefficient r >0.9914,the average recovery rate was 98.43% to 103.38%,RSD was less than 5%.CONCLUSION The method operation is fast and stable,and the results are credible,which can provide the basis for the quality evaluation and the study of the medicinal value of Arnebia Radix.
