摘要
水体中总磷的含量是测定水质的一项重要指标。本文针对硫酸-硝酸、过硫酸钾-高温高压消解法的缺陷,研究发现过硫酸钾-消解仪法可以缩短消解时间且操作方便、水样及试剂用量少。过硫酸钾-消解仪法的消解优化条件为:水样5.00mL、K_(2)S_(2)O_(8)投加量为1.5mL、消解温度150℃、消解时间70min,消解效果与硫酸-硝酸消解法一致。
The content of total phosphorus in water is an important index to determine water quality.In this paper,in view of the defects of sulfuric acid-nitric acid,potassium persulfate-high temperature and high pressure digestion method,the study found that potassium persulfate-digestion apparatus method can shorten the digestion time,convenient operation,less water sample and reagent consumption.The optimal digestion conditions of potassium persulfate digestion apparatus method were as follows:water sample 5.00mL,potassium persulfate dosage1.5mL,digestion temperature 150℃,digestion time 70min,and the digestion effect was consistent with that of sulfuric acid and nitric acid digestion method.
