Determination of ethylene oxide in surgical masks by acetone extraction

建立了一种气相色谱法测定医用外科口罩中痕量环氧乙烷的方法。用丙酮与水的混合溶液超声萃取口罩中的环氧乙烷,外标法定量。实验结果表明,在质量浓度范围为1~20mg·L-1之间,标准曲线的相关系数大于0.999,线性良好,相对标准偏差小于1.82%(n=6),回收率在100.50%-101.00%之间。方法操作简单,检出限低,精密度好,准确度高。

A gas chromatography method for the determination of trace ethylene oxide in surgical masks was developed.Ethylene oxide in masks was extracted by ultrasonic with a mixture of acetone and water,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was greater than 0.999,the relative standard deviation was less than 1.82%(n=6),and the recoveries were between 100.50%and 101.00% in the mass concentration range of 1~20mg·L-1.The method has the advantages of simple operation,low detection limit,good precision and high accuracy.
