摘要
天津IGCC电厂煤发电过程中产生一定量的高污染含硫废水,针对该废水研究开发了废水处理工艺并建设了中试实验装置,依次采取了pH调节、预处理絮凝沉淀、一级A/O生化及二沉池、臭氧催化氧化、二级ABFT生化、絮凝沉淀,过滤及活性炭吸附工艺对该废水进行了处理研究。该套中试装置可以满足连续运行出水,出水水质达到《天津市污水综合排放标准》(DB12/356-2018)二级标准,COD小于30mg·L^(-1)等要求,同时具备较强的抗冲击能力和高出水稳定性。
Certain amount of highly polluted sulfur-containing wastewater was generated in the coal power generation process of Tianjin IGCC power plant.A wastewater treatment process was developed and a pilot experimental unit was built for this wastewater,and the wastewater was treated with pH adjustment,pretreatment flocculation and precipitation,primary A/O biochemical and secondary sedimentation tank,ozone catalytic oxidation,secondary ABFT biochemical,flocculation and precipitation,filtration and activated carbon adsorption processes in turn.The study was conducted.The pilot plant can meet the requirements of continuous operation and water treatment,and the effluent quality meets the secondary standard of “Tianjin Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard”(DB12/356-2018),COD<30mg·L^(-1),etc.It also has strong impact resistance and high water stability.
