摘要
围绕制约相关领域发展的关键共性技术难题,中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司开展了“硫化型加氢催化剂高效构建与应用技术”研究工作,本文介绍了该公司开发的 THFS- 2 硫化型加氢催化剂在中海石油舟山石化有限公司 80 万 t·a^(-1)重整预加氢装置上工业应用情况,结果显示,THFS- 2 硫化型加氢催化剂具有良好的加氢脱硫脱氮活性和稳定性,加氢精制石脑油产品硫氮含量均小于 0.5μg·g^(-1),完全满足重整装置进料的质量要求。
Focusing on the key common technical problems restricting the development of relevant fields,CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co.,Ltd.carried out the research work of "efficient construction and application technology of sulfide -type hydrogenation catalyst".This paper introduced the industrial application of THFS-2 sulfide-type hydrogenation catalyst developed by the company on the 800,000t·a^(-1)reforming pre-hydrogenation unit of CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The results showed that THFS-2 sulfide-type hydrogenation catalyst had good hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrogenation activity and stability.The sulfur and nitrogen content of hydrorefined naphtha products was less than 0.5μg·g^(-1),which fully met the quality requirements of the reforming unit feed.
