不同产地虫草花总黄酮含量测定与体外抑菌试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究不同产地虫草花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺并进行含量测定,以及研究虫草花总黄酮对变异链球菌的抑制作用。方法通过单因素考察及正交实验优选最佳提取工艺,采用Na NO_(2)-Al(N0_(3))_(3)-Na OH法测定不同产地虫草花总黄酮的含量,采用K-B琼脂扩散法对虫草花总黄酮做对变异链球菌的药敏试验。结果虫草花总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:60%乙醇,料液比1∶20,回流提取2次,每次120min,4个不同产地的虫草花的总黄酮含量中内蒙地区含量最高为5.36mg·g^(-1),云南地区总黄酮含量最低为3.98mg·g^(-1),虫草花总黄酮对变异链球菌有明显的抑制作用。结论该方法简单快捷,适用于不同产地虫草花中总黄酮的含量测定,虫草花具有一定的抑菌作用。 OBJECTIVE To study the best optimal process of extracting and content determination of total flavonoids of cordyceps flower from different habitats,the inhibitory effect of total flavonoids from cordyceps flower on streptococcus mutans was studied.METHODS Determine the content of total flavonoids of cordyceps flower from different habitats,using the single factor test and orthogonal test,by the spectrophotometry in the NaNO_(2)-Al(N0_(3))_(3)-NaOH system,the drug sensitivity test of total flavonoids of cordyceps flower against streptococcus mutans was conducted by K-B agar diffusion method.RESULTS The optimum conditions for extracting the total flavonoids by reflux extraction were as follows:reflux extraction time was twices,alcohol concentration was 60%,material-liquid ratio was 1∶20 and reflux extraction time was 120min.The total flavonoid content of cordyceps flower from four different habitats was 5.36mg·g^(-1)in Inner Mongolia,and 3.98mg·g^(-1)in Yunnan,the total flavonoids of cordyceps flower had obvious inhibitory effect on streptococcus mutans.CONCLUSION The optimized method was stable and efficient,and can be used for extracting total flavonoids of cordyceps flower from different habitats,cordyceps flower had certain bacteriostatic effect.
