摘要
为了控制油田污水中SRB的含量,提升油田污水的处理质量,本实验对模拟污水中不同因素对SRB生长规律的影响进行了研究。结果表明,SRB在油田污水中培养36h后进入繁殖稳定期,96h进入衰亡期;当溶液pH值为8时,有利于SRB的生长;相同培养时间后聚合物浓度为600mg·L^(-1)时,溶液中细菌浓度最大;表面活性剂对污水中SRB的生长程度影响较小;当环境温度为40℃时,细菌的生长速率最快。
In order to control the content of SRB in oilfield sewage and improve the treatment quality of oilfield sewage, the experiment studied the influence of different conditions in simulated sewage on the growth law of SRB.The results showed that SRB reached a stable period of growth after 36 hour of cultivation in oilfield sewage, and the SRB entered the decay period when the training time was 96 hour;when the solution was weakly alkaline, it was conducive to the growth of SRB;when the content of polymer was 600mg·L^(-1), the bacterial concentration in the solution was the largest;Surfactant had little influence on the growth of SRB in sewage;when the ambient temperature was 40℃, the growth rate of bacteria was the largest.
