摘要 双级离心风机具有工作体积小、安装方便和运行能耗低的优势。文章以流量为150 m^(3)/h、转速为1320 r/min、进出口压差为650 Pa的双级离心风机为原型,在确定理论建模参数的基础上,进行几何模型设计,利用Fluent软件对双级离心风机内部的压力场和速度场进行仿真分析。研究表明:两级风机的压差和为675 Pa,与设计压差相比,存在3%的误差,在可接受的范围内;风机内部压力分布和速度分布规律与已有研究成果吻合性较好,表明该双级离心风机设计方案具有较好的可行性。 The two-stage centrifugal fan has the advantages of small working volume,convenient installation and low operating energy consumption.In this study,a two-stage centrifugal fan with a flow rate of 150 m^(3)/h,a speed of 1320 r/min,and a pressure difference between inlet and outlet of 650 Pa is set as the basic prototype.Based on the determined theoretical modeling parameters,the geometric model is developed.The pressure field and velocity field inside the centrifugal fan are simulated and analyzed.According to the simulation calculation results,the sum of the pressure difference of the two-stage fan is 675 Pa.Compared with the design pressure difference,there is an error of 3%,which is within an acceptable range.The internal pressure distribution and speed distribution of the fan are consistent with the existing research results,indicating that the design of the two-stage centrifugal fan proposed is feasible.
