变压器寄生参数对LLC谐振变换器的影响 被引量:1

摘要 LLC谐振变换器在进行稳态特性分析时,通常忽略寄生参数影响,而实际应用中,随着开关频率的提高,寄生参数的影响难以忽略。对半桥LLC谐振变换器稳态工作过程中,变压器漏感和分布电容等寄生参数所造成的影响进行理论分析,并搭建半桥LLC谐振变换器原理样机进行试验验证。试验结果证明了理论分析的正确性。 In the steady-state analysis of LLC resonant converter,the influence of parasitic parameters is usually ignored,but in practical application,with the increase of switching frequency,the influence of parasitic parameters is difficult to be ignored.The influence of parasitic parameters such as leakage inductance and distributed capacitance on half bridge LLC resonant converter is analyzed theoretically.At the same time,a half bridge LLC resonant converter prototype is built for experimental verification,and the experimental results prove the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
