摘要
提出了一种基于时间分割的阿基米德螺线的直接插补算法.同时介绍了该方法的基本原理和较详细的推导过程,并通过软件对该算法进行了仿真.结果表明该方法具有非常高的插补精度和较高的插补进给速度,完全满足现代中、高档专用CNC系统插补的实时性要求,并为基于PC机的开放体系的计算机数控装置的在线自动编程打下了坚实的理论基础.该插补方法具有一定的实用性和推广价值.
An interpolation of spiral of Archimedes algorithm based on time division is developed in the article.And it has deduced the formulas in detail.Then the formula has been simulated on the computer and proved that it is very efficient in the interpolating process of parabolic.This interpolating formula can be used in the middle or high quality specialized CNC system,and at the same time it set up a solid base for CNC-based open system.Therefore this interpolating formula has the certain function and expansion value.
